YOUR INFORMATION
What the website keeps, and why it needs it.
WHAT WE COLLECT
When you create an account, reserve records, or request an album, Disco Fame may store your name, email, phone number, pickup notes, request details, and the history and status of those actions. Sign-in sessions also use basic security information such as session identifiers, IP address, and browser information.
HOW WE USE IT
We use this information to operate your account, confirm and prepare pickup reservations, answer record requests, send service emails, prevent abuse, recommend related records, and keep the store's operational history accurate. Related-record recommendations use aggregate album pair counts, not a personal listening profile. The site does not collect online payment-card details because payment happens in store.
WHO HANDLES IT
Information is used by Disco Fame and the infrastructure and email services needed to run the website. We do not sell customer information.
COOKIES & YOUR BAG
Essential cookies keep signed-in accounts secure. A guest Bag is saved in that browser so it remains there between visits. During one browser tab session, recently viewed records are held temporarily so the site can count which albums are explored or placed in a Bag together. The database keeps only combined album-to-album counts; it does not attach these counts to a name, account, persistent visitor identifier, or IP address. Disco Fame does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
YOUR CHOICES
You can use the store without an account and provide details only when reserving or requesting a record. Signed-in customers can choose whether later reservation and record-request status changes also arrive by email; initial receipts and account-security messages remain essential. To ask about, correct, or remove your stored information, contact Disco Fame directly at the store in Hadath-Baabda. Some reservation and audit records may need to remain for security and legitimate store recordkeeping.
